The biggest highlight for me, especially as someone who is immunosuppressed and concerned about COVID, was how safe the entire place felt. No one was seated waiting for their orders, and masks were encouraged. I truly appreciate that. I loved everything about this restaurant and will definitely be coming back. View all feedback.
What Nadine D dislikes about H's Fish And Chips:
Additionally, the portion sizes were extremely small. At first glance, the pricing appeared reasonable, but once I realized how little food I received, it didn’t seem worth it. Perhaps they were having an off day, but I won’t be giving them another chance. It’s surprising that the food wasn’t fresh, considering I arrived just after they opened. View all feedback.

I stopped by around 6:45 PM one evening while traveling from Lancaster to Leeds. The restaurant was immaculate, and my order was prepared while I waited. I ordered the medium fish and chips for only £4.50! It was truly good fish and chips at an excellent price—exactly what I was looking for! Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner

Travelled 6 miles to eat at this fish and chip shop . Sadly I would not have travelled 10yrds after eating here. The fish was the size of a fish finger but no where near as tasty ,and the 12 chips provided were greasy and like the fish ,of a very very poor quality. Please be warned this is almost certainly the worse fish and chip shop in Yorkshire. A total rip off

The fish and chips here are outstanding. They always notify you when they're open. Everything is freshly cooked, and I've never experienced any subpar reheats.
The fish and chips here are incredible—definitely the best I've ever had! It's worth the trip from Shipley. Thank you!
Tucked away on a side road right next to a pelican crossing is a small but great fish and chip shop. It is cash only but if plastic is all you have, you can pay by card at the sister off license on the main road. Regular and large fish available, regular was quite enough for lunch though. Friendly staff take your order and name through the door and you wait outside for your name to be called. Very nice fresh fish. Other non fish alternatives are on the menu. A good stop off point if your heading towards the Lakes.
Top quality fish and chips , great value for money and quick service from very friendly staff, definitely recommend!
