What scott schultz doesn't like about Red Fox Supper Club Lounge:
We arrived at 8:20 pm to have dinner and were informed that we needed to quickly place our order as the restaurant was closing at 9:00. Despite it being a Friday night, our food arrived at our table in just 5 minutes, cold and costing over $73.00 with a couple of drinks that we were unable to enjoy before our meal. We were extremely disappointed with the service. Dining in for dinner cost between $30-50 per person. View all feedback.
When our food finally arrived, those who had ordered the flat iron steak were disappointed to find that it was cold, severely overcooked, and quite small in portion. The garlic bread was nothing remarkable, and the restaurant was out of the loaded baked potato that was supposed to accompany the steak, offering fries instead. While the fries were tasty, a hot baked potato would have paired better with the cold steak. On a positive note, the whiskey chicken pasta was delicious, though the sandwiches were just average. Our server only checked on us once and never inquired about the quality of our meals. Additionally, it took quite a while to receive our bill. Overall, the food did not live up to the price we paid, and despite the restaurant not appearing overly busy, service was lacking. While I typically like to leave positive reviews, I may consider giving this establishment another chance in the hopes of a better experience next time.
The food at this restaurant is incredible. While the customer service may not be perfect, the delicious food is worth overlooking any shortcomings. I would still highly recommend it.
Paying $14.00 for a burger, plus $1.75 for cheese and $3.75 for fries, totaling $19.50 for a meal with plastic utensils and unwelcoming, slow service, is not worth it. I will not be returning.
