However, today's experience is des... read more I have been to Lucca's about four or five times in the past, and frankly, I was impressed with the food and customer service. However, today's experience is deserving of zero stars. This evening, I attempted to purchase a pound of muscles to go. However, the general manager, Tina, said that Lucca's hasn't done online orders for muscles in the past two years since COVID. I informed her that that was not true since I had purchased muscles to go from this restaurant on at last two occasions in the past few months. I offered to present my receipts from the restaurant to substantiate my claim; however, my words fell on deaf ears. Feeling frustrated with having dealt with Tina, I left my contact information with her and asked the owner to call me. An hour later, I went to Silver Star Steak Company and ordered approximately one pound of muscles to go. Their staff were wonderful, and their prices were comparable to Lucca's. Needless to say, Lucca's is no longer a dining option for me. Instead, I plan to return to Silver Star for all of my fine dining needs. Disappointingly Yours
