Chicken sandwich wasn't what I was expecting...it's actual sliced chicken cooked and served in a hotdog bun, which was an unexpected surprise but a good one. Tots were standard, and the chocolate milkshake was damn good and not runny where its milk in 5 minutes or too thick that you feel like you're sucking your eyeballs in. Friendly service and good price vs large corporate chain prices. Will definitely be back. View all feedback.
I like the new owners. But I miss the old recipe of the hamburgers.

We are full-time RVers who, while traveling around the US, are in search of the best cheeseburger and have a rating system. We found this quaint diner in an online magazine article on iconic diners around the US. We went over reviews prior to eating lunch. I went with their RB single 1/4 lb cheeseburger with American cheese, loaded with ketchup, mustard, mayo, shredded lettuce, finely chopped onions, pickles, and famous RB red relish on a nicely toasted bun. I added their highly touted tater tots. My wife had their fish chips with thin cut fries and RB sauce. Old reviews stated halibut but they are now using cod. I was very pleased with my “old diner” style burger. The mayo blended nicely with the red relish along with the shredded lettuce and finely chopped onions had me rating this burger Very Good from the first bite. The tater tots were Good. Concerning the fish chips, the batter and fish was good. Maybe when they used halibut it was a little more rememberable. Overall the experience, service and classic diner ambiance was outstanding. Parking: Either along the street at the old style outside service.
The best burgers from local ranchers in Helena with sesame seed buns and no one has creamier ranch to go with amazing fresh French fries. Can’t beat $6 cheese burgers!
I ordered the breaded mushrooms with ranch and a chocolate milkshake. The breaded mushrooms are of smaller quantity than I expected for the price but they taste really good! The chocolate milkshake was amazing! The service was equally amazing, the staff is great! Parking: Drive in spaces
