Grannys Famous Funnel Cake House

I decided to order a pulpit this afternoon and chose it because there was no line. I ordered a large pulp and a series of pulpits and watched how young lady made my food. I knew there were problems when I watched her make her eat. the opposite was very dirty and the iron she took out the teig had old teig drops around the outside of the metal bucket. she made the pulpits and when she sneaked it and put it in the fat when she got a teig on her finger, she took her finger and scraped it on the top of the bucket that scrubbed the teig in the inner of the bucket. When she gave me my food, I asked her to go. they said they had no containers to go, but gave me a piece of aluminum foil to put on the plate. When I came into my room, I took a bite from the Brezel bites and could say that the oil was not changed in a very long time. I took a bit of the big pulp and again it was possible to say that they had boiled in old oil that had not been changed in a long time. I threw the rest of the Brezel bits and the big brezeln avoid at all cost

Ice cream is delicious! Funnel cakes is amazing! Cooked right when you order. Fluffy on the inside light crisp on the outside perfect funnel cake; I kept mine simple with powder sugar only. You can get toppings for extra… a must eat!

The funnel cake was delicious, however I don't eat funnel cakes enough to tell if it was necessarily better or worse than other funnel cakes I've had.My wife and I really went for the German pretzels. She lived in Germany during high school, so we wanted to compare. While the pretzel was big, it was just a frozen pre-made pretzel. Not terrible but also nothing special.The main reason for the two star rating was due to how dirty it was. We were there during the off-season, so I'd imagine they weren't terribly busy. It still seemed like the restaurant hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The floors were littered with food and plates/utensils. There were also empty boxes stacked up against one of the walls like they hadn't taken the trash out in quite some time.TL;DRFunnel cake: good. Pretzel: okay, but not what was advertised. Restaurant cleanliness: terrible.

This restaurant used to be great, but our recent visit was disappointing. The funnel cake was extremely crispy, not in a good way. When we told the staff, they offered to make us another one, but it was still too hard. Definitely not up to the standard of a famous funnel cake. Oma would not be pleased.
