We were staying in an hotel on the same street. They have good fresh food. Their grill is deliceous. They also have home made burgers. The beer semection is also to note. It was the seconde time I went in this restaurant.. View all feedback.
What Nolan Gilson doesn't like about Thanner:
it is okey- but out loud (near a busy road) obviously not enough personal- eating takes very long, and it also takes painfully long until every waiter is in itself. so they need time. there they find the left oriented time papers, but no balanced...selection for the salat is my test wether the breeder makes the effort to gurken to pealen (as most people would do it home they do not. the salads are not good for other... On 06.08.17 we have a wonderful gigant burger mi fritten and salat, and a fabulous rumpsteak with a super red wine sosse and roasted whistle to fries and salat ate. sitting outside in Romanesque lighting and filling us very well with the very friendly services. Thank you.
Very good food, especially the steaks. great ambiente, it can only recommend. no long waiting times.
Also this year back to host the family and after a day in heidelberg they are ready to eat a fair piece. this time you will find a carving and lamming back! delicious, generous portions and pleasant service. beautiful outside on the terrace! what else they want. it is also cozy inside and much bigger than you think. so even less good weather. still go in.
We did not want to eat definitiw in the center of the old town and were earlier on the day strolled by the opposite close to our hotel. the man was interested in going to thanner, and so we went there. my salat stute (with garnelen) was very good and the two youngs enjoyed their huge Cheddar-Burger (the sohn) and carved (the husband). they were fully justified in their apfelstrudel with ice and I enjoyed my balls egg (ahorn walnut and pistazie). the waiters were very attentive and helpful. three main courts, three desserts, a beer, a small karaffe wein and a apfelshorle came to 68,70 euro. not bad. By the way, there are some interesting and favorable places in the mountain road if thanner has not lost.
We were on 26.07.17 im thanner. we have ordered lammfilet with couscous salat. Unfortunately, the couscous was a gries with zero taste but fine cut root vegetables for decoration in the griespampe. on demand at the (real) very friendly service, what that is. she said she would have wondered...for she would also know couscous in a completely different consistency. she asked in the kitchen what this could be on the teller than...the cook meant it was couscous cooked for too long. hm well.....he may not know that you don't cook couscous but just brewed.....or he thought he could just talk his guests that it's delicious. well the nice red hairy service then looked at us that we can't understand this and offered us to order a new meal immediately. so everything in a kitchen =supply should be overhauled, meat was on the point, to its guests should be given mistakes and not simply sell for stupid.Service =super straight the redhead dame
