Neo Bar Und Restaurant - Heidelberg

The food was fine and the staff very polite and smiling but it took over an hour to bring out our main courses after our appetizer. We asked at least two staff members to check the status of our order and they kept saying “give us two more minutes, your order comes out next”. We sat there and watched people who came after we ordered getting their food before us.

We had high hopes for the restaurant as it looks very nice in the website and when you see it from outside, but unfortunately we left very disappointed from our visit. Only highlight was the burrata, best one I’ve ever tried, but pulpo was hard and not tasty and Surf n’ Turf burger had a very dry patty with not much of a flavor, same with the bread. Service was good, although it took 1h for the appetizers to come, and more than 30 minutes for the main to come after.

The best fusion restaurant in the city! highly recommended T-bone and Signature Set menu.

Absolutely fantastic! Drinks and eat are really top notch from sushi, steak to desert. the personal is fast and very attentive.

Eat with love, careful and vision prepared. great taste color and structure composition, wonderfully presented. friendly personal and comfortable atmosphere.
