Mandy's Railway Diner - Heidelberg

That was a Juli-Feier during the visit of heidelberg from the united states. we had a good time! the eating was not necessarily something special, but it was a nice little place to stop and get a quick bite before we had to go to the next... i.e. we had to do this day. the staff was also friendly and the service was fast.

Every time we come here, we always think: oh, yes, that's why we don't come here. Too bad. beautiful ideas that have american diner art experience. always busy, but eating doesn't fit to expect. I can't really put my finger on it, it's just meh.

Hamburger were really burned, and not only that, but when we checked the bill, we noticed that they were charged for a double, even we did not order. Of course, when we complained about it, they assure us that we did, and we had to pay for it. last weekend the waiter gave us less, and in the last months it was bad and bad. I will do all this again!

The service in mandys is the worst. That's not American. the American is gone to make a customer happy. I'm every weekend there and I'm using to order a big down under plus barbie pale milkshake. I always have to remember the waitress that the milk shakes come on top with a cherry. also that should not be necessary because it is as I notice, for a long time the huge is not really what it must be. (dopple ananas/ more meat) so yesterday I asked instead of speck my two portions of ananas and they ask me to pay for it extra. the lattime was I decided to order the normal hamburger and they loaded the big one. I think every week should go, there should be a singing for loyal customers and I really feel bad that they don't even care about a loyal client. So I will stop recommending and go there. That's enough. I was very patient, even with the delay always just when the personal did not have much to do to get the food. so. there are more hamburger and milkshakes in hd. you don't have to go there.

We were disappointed with the food it tasted like commercial burger patties although it says they are homemade....
