Yesterday we were at the restaurant lola am schoenenenenen newheimer platz for the first time. Unfortunately, the visit was a complete fall. the service was incredibly slow and the food was simply bad. we have waited for more than 20 min to order at all getraenke, for our food we have waited for another 45 min, at the appetizer for 2 missing the 2nd cutlery, also for this we have waited again. the noodles al olio were very, very, sharp, the noodles alla arrabiata were little sharp, but full of taste jar. my friend has been replaced by the arrabiata with much too soft boiled al olio nudeln. at our 2nd round turpentry, the waiter no longer knew which glass was the wee and which was the weeping choir. although the waiter was aware of our unmutable, there was no gesture at the end of our visit by the restaurant to make the faux pas good again. you can offer at least one espresso or other taraenk to the house, or just apologize. we will certainly not eat here, despite more shaky atmosphaere.

We were there for the 3rd time today. Eat was very good at first and second visit. the service was steadily worse. very uncoordinated, guests complained several times about the long waiting period. then the food was finally outside, it was missing cutlery etc. We had a drink each, then sat before empty glasses. Today we have approx. 1 hour waiting for our food. only when we announced to reorder, movement came into the kitchen. probably the order was forgotten? my salat was much smaller than last time, ingredients have failed, brot was not offered. on the question of the owner, I have put my criticism, but just justify (it is a lot...I don't know what salat you had). I can't. no excuse, no attempt to save the situation. is probably not dependent on us as guests. No worries, we're not coming. is not recommended!

The terrace is the best, but still leaves the food to be desired, and they have also calculated us an additional euro for the salat, who claimed he was big, although the menu contained only a single price. I don't recommend it.

We had ordered a drink and a pizza, after more than 30 min. we will be asked for safety again what pizza we ordered. the entire waiting period for eating then adds up to just under an hour. empty glasses are not perceived and the ordered espresso is served only after demand. the pizza in its consistency corresponds to an honest Italian standard and could consume a little more cheese and salt. the espresso was good.
