After 1 hour of waiting, now all our guests had your food, even those who came for us, we received the answer to our demand, it would still take time! The question of service, whether we want to eat at all, was too much. Errors are human, but you should also stand and admit them. Good service and kindness looks different. Not even the pizza bread was served! For the drinks, 10,00 euros were collected. That was it. I can only warn against so much arrogance.

First of all, we had a wonderful and very sweet waitress who knew what was going on and did everything to make this evening to a success. The food was truly wonderful and I consider this as the best Italian restaurant in the Heidelberg area. It's a great place to be and thanks to the wonderful staff and good food they will definitely see us more often in Il Sogno. Thank you so much

Took 45 min to bring a pasta dish and antipasto after we were eating for 15 min they say the restaurant was closing not a chance to order dessert. When she brought the bill we’ve been charge 6 euros for a bottle of water and we have to ask for the bill that was written by hand….we recommend not to go….at least we will not come back… Bad

Staff were very friendly (and helped us out with excellent English after our awful attempt at German). Service was excellent and food was really very good indeed (we both had superb seafood dishes). Great value for money. Very busy with locals always a good sign. We would recommend it.
