Probably the best restaurant in this region. From the concept we compete more with the 3-star restaurants in Baiersbronn than with the other 1-star restaurants nearby. The quality also reflects this at the prices. But they are performance-oriented! View all feedback.
Excellent, demanding eating and wine as well as excellent service in a 500 year old building. we were about 25 people participating in a conference. the team was excellently organized. we got champagne on the terrace with 3 different amuse guides, just fantastic! afterwards followed the dinner with a short and nice explanation of the history of the building. the weeping and eating were incredibly good.
The menu with eight refined walks already enthralls at the beginning with an amuse bouche that simply starts from a great brot with butter.
In the hotel hirschgasse and the "le gourmet" there are still the "small sister mensurstube" in which we were to eat four well. The service was really very friendly and accommodating, eating extremely tasty (seeding and snailing to the appetizer and fish to the main course) and the evening was long. However, the service became somewhat more inattentive than more to do. the price for the cheese to the conclusion - which was more than paved (for 5 small pieces €47.50 were too much for quality); otherwise the prices were reasonable and the evening was a pleasure!
The visit of the "le gourmet" in the hirschgasse was sensational. the varied evening menu read no wish open, the service was excellent.
The restaurant is the luxury restaurant of the hotel hirschgasse. we had a wonderful dinner, the service is very attentive and the top water is very competent and friendly. on this Friday evening there were only 3 other tables with 2 people, which meant that it was very silent. to not be in the ears of the guests, the staff left the restaurant to wait on the flur. all this led to a kind of unpleasant situation; no one spoke and otherwise nothing happened when the personal came in to serve or serve. we had a 5- and 6-course menu with weinarrangement. the food was excellent, the price of the menus was rather appropriate (105 €/120 €), but the wine arrangement was actually exaggerated (60 €/70 €). we are not foodfreaks that the pleasure of a good meal in a restaurant where absolutely nothing happens is worth almost 400 €. after that we realized that we had better reserved a table in the mensurstube where we heard the people laugh. as the next day we wanted to have a little bit (short distance), we asked if it would be possible to have a little later than the normal breakfast too early. the owner assured us that this would not be a problem. helas the next morning did not know the staff. So we only had a small continental breakfast, as the kitchen was closed.
