Café Frisch - Heidelberg

Delicious sandwiches and breakfast. Good service, nice waitresses. Not the cheapest option in the area though.

Very expensive to sit in and drink a coffee, perhaps the most expensive in Heidelberg for large cappuccino. I was spoken to very rudely when I sat down with a newspaper that I assumed I could pay for with the rest of my...order.

The place in its totality looks very nice, we sat down in an area that had a glass roof so lighting was perfect even though the day was a bit cloudy. We found the menu offered a variety of breakfast option however we thought at...least the sunny side up eggs were a bit overpriced for what we got. The amount of bread is vast for the amount of toppings you get to put on them. I guess we arrived with high expectations and ended up a bit dissatisfied.

First time here called in for breakfast as hotel did not serve. I had scrambled eggs which weer a little dry but tasty, fresh bread was excellent. Service ok, had to ask for attention a couple of times. Cash only no card.

Went there on a Sunday morning. The breakfast menu was great. The breads were wonderful. The waiters had a hard time serving all those people who kept swarming in. Must be a great place for breakfast on weekdays.
