I am disappointed with this restaurant's service. I ordered a delivery through Uber at 8:45 PM, but 15 minutes later, just as they were closing, my order was canceled. I now have to deal with a pending charge on my card for 5 days. It seems like the owners are unaware of this issue. I will never return or order from this restaurant again. Took forever to get our food and there were vary few customers. Also horrible customer service.
The pupusera at LA is quite rude and insulting towards me. As a graduate nurse and a regular customer, I do not appreciate being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. It is important for all restaurants to treat their customers with respect, especially during these challenging times. It is important to maintain professionalism and courtesy towards all patrons. I would advise the staff to be more considerate and respectful towards customers, regardless of their age or occupation. It is important to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
The restaurant serves delicious food made with fresh sausage from a nearby butcher.
This restaurant is a wonderful place to experience some hometown charm! The breakfast options are delicious and the staff is always friendly.

It appears that customer satisfaction and money are not priorities for them. It's possible they canceled my order because of a discount coupon and the cooks didn't want to prepare it. It is unacceptable to close at 9 PM on a Wednesday in Binghamton. I believe their actions were unjustified, and I wish them failure in their business.
