I placed a delivery order through Uber at 8:45 PM, only to have my order canceled just 15 minutes later, right before closing time. Now, I’m stuck with a pending charge on my card that could take five days to sort out. It feels like the owners are completely oblivious to this issue. I've made the decision never to return or order from this restaurant again. It seems that they don't prioritize customer satisfaction or financial responsibility. I can't shake the feeling that my order was canceled because I used a discount coupon, and perhaps the cooks were unwilling to honor it. It's frustrating to see a restaurant close at 9 PM on a Wednesday in Binghamton. I believe their actions are unjustifiable, and I hope they face consequences for their business practices.

Ordered a delivery at only 845, and 15 minutes later, once they closed, my Uber delivery was canceled and I'm stuck with a charge that will hang on my card for 5 days. LOSERS! Definitely won't ever go here or order from here ever again. These days the customer and apparently money don't matter. But the cheapskates probably canceled because their was a 40% off coupon and their cooks didn't want to cook it. Who closes at 9pm in Binghamton on a Wednesday night??? It's necessary to maintain professionalism, especially in customer service. I hope that the management can address these issues to improve the overall dining experience.
