These truck stops are really getting out of hand. Trucking operates around the clock, and truckers need to eat at all hours—especially those driving in teams. This particular stop closed half an hour earlier than the hours they had posted. Take a look for yourself!
I was unable to place my order because the employee went on break. While I understand that staff need time off, there should be someone available to assist customers waiting in line. I wasn't the only one affected; there were others who also had to leave without ordering.
I wanted to order three sandwiches, after I ordered one sandwich, the person that was making the them told me that I have to go to the back of the line and order the other two sandwiches for no apparent reason. Terrible service.
