Smashburger - Hebron

I would like to start this review with words; the staff seems to be overworked, overwhelmed and extremely short. My experience with this restaurant was not the best. It took about 45 minutes to finally get my order and when I did, it was wrong. Staff are something unprofessional and were observed, screaming from the kitchen to the back with profanity and screaming together. The burger was over boiled, the bacon burned, and the frits were also over boiled. We also ordered a crispy chicken salad, my husband enjoyed the salad and said it was really pretty good. We got a refund because of the long waiting period for our food. The lady who works on the front was very apologetic and tried to make it right. I gave only 2 stars that only start from the interactions with her.

Gloria should be the manager in this place. She was waiting with customers who wait to order as well as customers to get their order. Gloria manages to keep everything under control. She was very pleasant and efficient. The kitchen made mistakes in ordering or only a partial order. My smart Swiss single with LTO Pickles and Mayo was perfection. My men were wrong. Gloria made her remake it on the fly and then it was perfect. The picture is from Gloria. Like I said, she chased this burger like a professional.

The worst service I ever had. They scream together (the workers) there is a super long line. They're out of everything. We were next door and the guy behind us brought a coffee for the lady who checked us, and she took her order first and I was a huge order. And she said, oh that's free I'll be gone through the time management notes.

Let me just say that I usually don't have to write bad reviews BUT has to change something in any case. I was at this same place 3 months ago and tastes not as good as it did. I'm sorry, but the lady who was cooked today on 8/19 must NOT be on the grill. My bacon was omitted, but that's not the worst. My hamburger meat was LESS as a half inch thick. It was also burned, salty and completely insensitive. If you're in this airport, I'd suggest eating somewhere else. It doesn't matter to pay the prize, but what my daughter and I have received today is completely unacceptable.

Endless slew of profanity and unprofessional behavior from the kitchen area. Took 30 minutes after we ordered to get food. No bacon, no shakes. Cold fries. Should have paid me too eat there. Awful experience. Worst attitudes I?ve experienced in a dining facility. Garbage.
