I ordered and paid on line using the BurgerKing App. That was so easy and helpful. Drove to the drive-thru after the allotted cooking time, and my food was promptly handed out the window to me. As I drove away I sensed something was not right. After pulling over and looking in the bag, I noticed I had the wrong order. They forgot to give use our pie, coke and didn't have the items we really wanted the machine was not

I returned to the drive thru, told them the problem and then waited for the right order to be cooked and bagged. I will be back to this store, because I love their frame broiled Whoppers, but next time I 'll double check the order before leaving the window

Ordered 2 jr bacon burritos and got sausage. Took 20 mins with one car ahead of me. Paid in cash and guy at window says currently out of change. This store needs help. Drive thru covered in ice as well.
The worst customer service ever. Food did not taste good and workers were goofing off and not helping the customers.
