Arby's - Heber

I've never been to Arby's. I thought this was the review for Panda Express. My bad...

We always have decent food, i dont go in often but i happened too yesterday and let me just say what a filthy place.The bathroom was absolutely disgusting i wish i would have had my phone to take pictures. The sink was so gross im not even sure my hands are clean after i washed them bc the faucet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The floor and toilet seat had pee all over it and who knows what else…. I didnt even dare sit down. If i didnt have to pee so bad i would have waited. The floor was pretty nasty i noticed as i was leaving in the main restaurant area and the tubes that you get condiments from (barf) do they get washed thoroughly? Ever?The soda fountain was a sticky mess.Its really making me question what things look like in the kitchen…….and i get food regularly from here. definitely makes me question if i will continue.

The food tasted good but the attitude of the employees and how they put my food together showed a huge lack of care.

The store is clean, the service is not that good, the people are not real friendly and have not allot of good customer service. They are slow but have good

Had a great time here. Service was quick and professional and the food was great!
