I understand this subway is incredibly busy and everytime I go in it’s obvious they’re under pressure. I’ll also excuse poor service if I can tell employees are having a rough day but if the customer service is poor every single time I go in that tells me that it’s not just a one off. Maybe they’re under staffed, maybe there’s pressure from upper management, I don’t know but something needs to change. If I want the price on something then I don’t expect an “I don’t know” followed by a face that screams ‘don’t talk to me’. I shouldn’t have to resort to google to find your menu prices and I definitely shouldn’t be made to feel like Im bothering anyone when I just want to order some food. I don’t want anyone getting scolded hence why I won’t name the employees that I have been served by. I work in customer service and I know what happens when a bad review is left, I just expect a little patience from your employees. Located at nice place. However not parking for trucks.

Easy stop when driving up and down the coast. Plenty of parking, toilets and great subs, cookies coffee. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: A$1–20
