Subway Heathcote

Driving through Heathcote and decided to take the healthier lunch option (other than Hungary Jacks or McDonalds), so walked in to order and was put off by the food on the floor and tables just needing a general wipe down etc, I went to the counter and 2 people there so I ordered my sub and was told there is no lettuce, tomato or onion, I said ok and the young girl dressed in high cut shorts and a t -shirt and she asked if I still wanted my order, I said no thank you and left thinking I should have just gone to McDonalds!

I waited 15 minutes to get served. My 3 children ordered hungry jacks and finished their meals by the time I walked out the door. This was peak hour dinner time & there was only 2 staff serving. Waste of time & money.

I came here this morning to buy some footlongs to offer to friends and needed them cut into 4. Although it took some time, the two ladies at the counter happily helped me wrap them individually. Thanks so much for going out of your way to do this.

Love the whole new facelift. The service as always was above standard (even if they appeared short staffed). Service with a smile
