Love the from scratch concept. Cute space, good location, employee was nice. Did not like any of my choices: Egg salad, pimento cheese, and ham w brie. Egg salad needs new bread choice. Too much bread on the sandwhich. No side note drink comes w the sandwhich. Wish I liked it more. I will come back and try other things though.

Wow Wow Wow. This gem of a sandwich and such restaurant is by far the best in Heath. The hot ham and Brie is a melt in your mouth sandwich of heaven.Now let’s talk about the Heathen sandwich this thing is the sandwich of sandwichs, it really should be called “the Glandula orgasmic”.

This was our first time ordering from the Hawk's Nest and the food was delicious. I got the Texas Cuban and it was great. My wife got the BLT and said the same. I picked up the order, but their location is really nice and the staff was great.

So happy they are back. Amazing sandwiches, and amazing people there. Everything we have tried there has been above and beyond good.

Always excited to support local restaurants. However this was WAY OVERPRICED. $11 for a cold sandwich and an EXTRA $3 to make it a combo- means adding a basic Miss Vickie’s bag of chips worth $0.50 and a soda. They even have an addendum that they can increase prices again. Overpriced and underwhelmed by the sandwich with iceberg lettuce.
