Papa Johns Pizza - Heath

First the service, I ordered pickup, I think it was ready in about 9 minutes, that was on a Friday at about 6:30 so very impressive, when I was given my order the box was fresh out of the oven hot and I was asked if I needed plates or napkins, very friendly. Second the pizza, I tried the cheeseburger pizza it was very good, it had a good amount of toppings and a good amount of cheese, everything blended very well with the combination of flavors.

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. And they arrive over cooked, damn near burnt. And neither have pizza sauce. Like who the hell makes a pizza and doesn't put sauce on it.

Me and the wife ordered 2 pizzas, epic stuff crust and a cheese pizza for delivery. Both pizzas were wrong. Both were pepperoni pizzas. We both worked all day so we said oh well and ate them. Last night we decided to give it another shot. Placed an order for the same 2 pizzas stuff crust and cheese. Same thing, both were wrong. I can see maybe a mistake on toppings but a stuff crust? Not sure what’s going on with papa johns now but it sure ain’t what it once was. Needless to say we’ll be getting our pizza else where.

Ordered the cupy pep pizza. As you can not see, hardly any pepperonis. Also in the one picture you will notice the whole crust edge is just gone. This is why i never give a tip for an online order.

I’ve been waiting on the phone for an hour just to get my replacement on my account remade. Just wonderful customer service!! NOT
