Subway franchise consistently delivers quality food, but some locations experience turnover in staff. While the experience at the restaurant on the highway was convenient, the early closing time left a bad impression. Another Subway location had a dead atmosphere and a small sub, resulting in a disappointing visit. However, the Headingley Subway stands out with its friendly staff, clean restaurant, and excellent customer service, especially for those with dietary restrictions. Despite some hiccups with online orders and one less accommodating employee, overall, the Subway chains offer quick service and fresh ingredients, making them a reliable choice for a meal on the go.

The sandwichs are very good.The service is fast and the staff are friendly and helpful.Very clean place.
Not impressed. Walked in to a dead atmosphere, no music, no energy from the kid working. I usually get the same sub from every Subway. This was the smallest sub I've ever walked out with. First time at this location and I will not be back. If this location can not be bothered to train their staff to have a consist standards I can not be bothered to waste my money. Also messed up parking lot.
We usually preorder online for pickup in this, we enjoy the food and it is usually made right. The only issue is when the online offer did not work one time and was not applied after it was added at checkout, I mentioned the free cookies deal/offer, the lady at the counter did not really care much to make it right. All she said was that they didn't do anything with the online offer and acted like she could not be bothered about it at all. We had ordered many times here it would be nice to be treated as a valued customer in that one instance. Score 3 because there are other employees who do a good job and didn't let one bad experience with the older lady to give a lower score.Parking: Two areas to park, one in front of the building, the other you access from the side, you can't get from one place to the other.
Very friendly staff and such speedy service! Everything was just the way we like it!? the staff were awesome with my kids and very patient??
