I placed an online order, but I received a call letting me know that they were out of rotisserie chicken. I opted for buffalo chicken since they were also out of grilled chicken. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the online exclusive subs; the person I spoke to mentioned she had no idea what those were. While she was respectful, it seems like there is a need for better training and familiarity with the Subway products.
Great Restaurant! Workers were amazing, the sub tasted scrumptious! I think their names were Derek and Emmanuel, they definitely deserve a raise!
I received the wrong order yet again! I had paid for double meat on my Italian footlong, but instead, I got just a thin layer—certainly not double protein. To complicate things further, my Buffalo chicken sandwich had the wrong type of cheese. There were two teenage employees working, and neither of them could assist me in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, this has been my experience with every online order I've placed at Subway. I consistently receive less than what I paid for, and it seems like nothing is ever done about it.
This restaurant has easy access and a decent-sized parking lot. Unfortunately, the ingredients weren't very fresh.
The food was moldy when I arrived, so I asked if they had any fresh meat and cheese in the back that wasn't spoiled. Instead, I was served very hard wheat bread, which was so bad that I had to throw my entire sandwich away. The soda tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for too long. When I went to get ice, I noticed mold around the metal part of the dispenser. The owner clearly does not take proper care of the restaurant. They really should consider closing down.
