I usually have a fine experience coming to this Starbucks location. However, Today I placed an order for pickup and got terrible attitude. I didn’t realize I still had to stop at the speaker to let them know I’m picking up an order. Especially because I’ve done a pickup order here a few times and every time I just go to the window and it’s fine. One of the girls working opened the window and was telling me how I need to stop at the speaker and follows it up with “That’s how Drive-Thrus work”. She literally gave me attitude the whole time she was talking to me. I understand if she had to let me know that’s what I need to do, but there’s a way to talk to people and that’s not it.She walked away and sent another girl to give me my order and when that girl came I told her I want the other girl to come back to the window (At this point I’m upset The girl told me no she is clocking out and I said I don’t care I’m not okay with the way she just talked to me for no reason. The girl said she asked her manager and he said no. So I said who is your manager and he turned around (from being behind her) and with an attitude said “me.”. I told him about the situation and how upset I am and honestly he just gave me an “I’m sorry I’ll address it”. I know that’s not gonna happen.Having a bad day, or whatever the reason may have been, does not give you an excuse to treat people poorly. As a manager, he should’ve been able to address me with more care and concern knowing how upset I was because I didn’t do anything to deserve such random attitude. Rather than getting attitude from him as well. This does not make me want to go back to this location which is very unfortunate because I’ve looked forward to the fact that I’ve had a Starbucks nearby. Hopefully things are actually worked on and addressed.

The first time I drink a coffee at a Starbucks since the beginning of the pandemic and I still cant use community condiments and bugging the barista for just the right amount of creamer and sugar reminds being a child held at the mercy of some overseer of my nutrition health and I do not like that.Coffee tasted fine, atmosphere was quiet as professionals were typing away boisteriously, baristas were clean, proper, and swift, typical corporate Starbucks interior, music was adequate...But the lack of condiments just took away the joy of blending my first coffee at $SBUX since March 2020...

Our Starbucks family is amazing! The staff are all so sweet and welcoming. They make the most delicious "Judy" drink, and even when they are busy, they greet us with smiles. We truly appreciate all the hard work they put in day and night. Keep up the great work, you are the best!

Around 7 o'clock was kayla very rude for her employees and managed terrible. when I was in-line, I saw kayla attitude to several employees and customers and makes the dinge wrong. when she gave me my coffee, it was not right at all and would like a refund. I was not given a quitting I had asked. that's not the first time I treated her team like that. next time I see, I'll get in touch with him.

If you enjoy waiting for several minutes with no one attending to you while the staff chat amongst themselves and serve drinks in a random order, then this is the perfect restaurant for you.
