When I attempted to speak with him, he completely ignored me and just turned away... read more The Hospitality Manager, a short man with glasses and a beard, was quite rude. When I attempted to speak with him, he completely ignored me and just turned away and walked off. Perhaps he was annoyed that my family ordered a lot of food? Regardless, I am, or at least was, a paying customer, and his behavior was far from hospitable. Also, isn’t having uncovered facial hair in the kitchen a health code violation? Just saying.

Just to find out my order was bumped off and left on the counter for 20/40 of those minutes and was cold and not enjoyable. Definitely not motivated to return even though I do usually like to eat there.
