They were out of peppers and onions, which ruled out almost... read more It's been a while since I last visited a Denny's, and it doesn't seem to be as good as it once was. They were out of peppers and onions, which ruled out almost all the omelets on the menu. Our food arrived quickly, but the hash browns, breakfast sausages, and toast were barely browned. It seems they no longer butter the toast either. None of us ate much of what we were served; we just paid and left. There's no point in complaining because the same excuses pop up—COVID, lack of good staff, or supply chain issues. So why are other restaurants doing well? It's not really a staffing problem; it's a management and ownership issue.

The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the prices were affordable.
