Contribute FeedbackGuests at the restaurant experienced a mix of service issues and delights. Despite initial reservation hiccups and a missed athlete meet-and-greet opportunity, the delicious meal and attentive staff made up for the chaos. The food received high praise, with particular highlights being the Bianca Pizza and beer lover's burger. The atmosphere was lively, filled with a diverse crowd that contributed to an enjoyable dining experience. The bar staff and DJ added to the fun ambiance of the restaurant, leaving guests eager to return for another visit.
The hostess informed me that we did not have a reservation, despite my showing her confirmation on my app, including a mention of meeting Evan Engram. The manager explained that he had cancelled the reservation on Open Table. We were seated outside of the football signing room, where I had made special arrangements to meet the Giants player. Despite this mix-up, I enjoyed the sangria and the quick service of our dinner. The turkey burger was tasty and the bun with "vibe" written on it was a nice touch. The pizza was good but very cheesy. The manager came to apologize once more for the confusion. My son had to wait in line for the delayed meet and greet with Evan Engram. Ultimately, the event was worth it for my son. We even stayed for a delicious brownie sundae. We plan to return, but will not use Open Table for our reservation next time.
We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. The food was delicious, although we were not impressed by the beer selection. The Flying Fish IPA tap beer did not taste fresh, but Stella and Yuengling were better options. The bianca pizza and beer lovers burger were both fantastic. The atmosphere was a bit loud, especially with a poker tournament happening in the back room. The restaurant/bar area had a diverse crowd, ranging in age from their 20's to their 80's, which we found very welcoming. We definitely plan on returning in the future.
I absolutely loved it! I can't remember the names of the girls at the bar, but they were fantastic! The DJ was fun, but if they want to play Spanish music, they should consider having a Latin night. The food was delicious, and honestly, I had a great time the whole night!
Hostess told me we didnât have a reservation. I showed her my app that I had a reservation, showed where I wrote âLooking forward to meeting Evan Engramâ and I showed her my received text and my text confirming my reservation. She went to get manager and he said he cancelled Open Table. Hostess sat us at a table outside the football signing room. I was pretty upset especially since I made these special reservations for the meet and greet of Giants football player Evan Engram weeks ago! Sangria was tasty. Dinner came out quick. Turkey burger was tasty. Toasted bun with âvibeâ written on it was cool. Pizza was good, but extremely cheesy. Manager came over to the table to apologize again. My son waited in line with another boy for meet and greet. Football player was late. Tinted doors closed and I couldnât see my son from our table. I walked in the closed room to wait with him and suddenly someone asked if we had a ticket. What ticket? No one ever mentioned a ticket! We had to get out of the line and purchase a ticket from the front of the restaurant and get back on the line. All in all, after all this chaos, the meet and greet with Evan Engram for my son made it all worthwhile. We even stayed to order a Brownie sundae which was yummy. We will be back, but we wonât be booking our reservation with Open Table for this restaurant ever again.
We were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed our dinner. The food was great but the beer was blah. (The Flying Fish IPA tap beer didnât taste fresh). Stella and Yuengling were better. The bianca pizza and beer lovers burger was great! Itâs pretty loud in there and there was a poker tournament in the back room. The restaurant/bar area included people ranging in age from their to their so it was a nice mixed crowd. Weâll be back.
