Trying to place an order over the phone and wait for them to ACTUALLY answer the phone is like waiting for pigs to fly. I understand it?s a Saturday and it gets busy but Ishouldn?t have to be calling 10 times and still not be able to answer the phone. They need to get organized with the orderingover the phone.

When I called to place an order the woman on the phone just laughed the whole time. I asked her to read back the order and corrected something but was told she just readit wrong and the order was correct. I picked up my order and somehow the bagel that she read out correctly was completely wrong,and a vegetarian ended up accidentally eating turkey when a tomato egg and cheese was ordered.
