Gems House Of Bagels (rt-35, Hazlet)

Order under the name TOM. They gave me an order from CARL, so I went back and one of them ladies says CARL that I gave the wrong name when picking up!? What? First of all, it's your fault if you don't hear my name correctly, how would I know you have an order from CARL and third general sense, what would I say CARL if I am TOM? and you blame the customer for your own doing? Wow! I've been here for two years, thanks for loyalty.

Awful and dirty place, workers very disorganized and did not seem to care or have urgency. I saw them confusing two orders. I was the next one waiting on the register, and they took the next two people behind me. I went out right away.

Arrived Hazlet 1pm Aug 14, 2022 3 employees behind the counter. We were the only customers. Every table wasn't clean. Bagels were small. Will not return.

I needed something to eat after my blood test. Order all bagel and a big coffee . Could not be satisfied anymore, the order was warm and the butter simply melted. Compared to the Bagels, I get rite at Shop. Coffee was hot. Btw my bagel was with salt poppy and whatever. I am back

They use to be awesome, don?t know what happened, now almost 15 dollars for 2 breakfast sandwiches, I could hardly taste the porkroll, 2 very thin pieces, they use to pile it, now, all I taste is bagel, so disappointing
