Pleasant atmosphere, original cuisine, but portions are small. Prices way too high Homemade sparkling water doesn't have to cost that much. Tip: If you offer cheese instead of dessert, mention that it is at an additional cost, especially because the pieces of cheese are really small. And for me a wine does not have to cost >5x the purchase price. In short, a nice concept, original kitchen, but first everything is really in order before you write invoices at star level
Can't rate the food and the atmosphere, but we reserved our table at Fransjepan very early, and we also adjusted our holiday so that we sleep close to the restaurant. We receive a call less than a week in advance to inform us that they have decided to close for a week. Very unfortunate, and very unfortunate about our booked hotel. Really good food, mixure of strange yet familiar tastes, tasty and good quality wines, staff are friendly and srvice is good. Glad we have this restaurant in Breda. Definitely come back.
