We were pleasantly surprised by this hidde... read more While on a road trip in Hazel, Kentucky, we stumbled upon the Blue and White Grill after browsing some antique shops. We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. The restaurant was bustling with customers, which we took as a good sign. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit. During our conversation with a lady, we discovered she was the owner. It seemed they don't see many visitors from Birmingham, England, making our experience even more special. The food was amazing, and we loved the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, a nice change from the typical fast food chains. We both enjoyed delicious grilled cheese sandwiches with "real chips" (known as steak fries in the U.S.), and a Pecan Pie that has now become our favorite. We can't praise this place enough and hope to return one day. If you're ever in Hazel, don't miss out on the chance to dine at the Blue and White Grill!
