Kfc - Hazel Crest
Kfc
Description
At this KFC location on Chicago’s south side, experiences vary widely: some customers praise spotless drive‑thru lanes and prompt, sealed Uber Eats deliveries, while others report slow service, stock shortages, lack of vegan options and even serious allegations of harassment and post‑visit illness. Drive‑thru ordering and staff consistency appear unpredictable, suggesting managerial attention is needed. Overall, food quality and cleanliness can be excellent, but inconsistent service and troubling customer reports temper the experience.

I must say this was the cleanest drive thru I've ever look into. The floor was clean, there wasn't a lot of clutter on the counter. I went at 2pm on a Tuesday so maybe that's why but it was my first time visiting this location and I was shocked that it was so clean. And the young lady helping me was very professional.
YUM KFC has to do a better job of getting food to the customer. There is no excuse to have to wait long for more chicken to be fried...or for a KFC restaurant to run out of chicken. Service is BAD on the south side of Chicago south suburbs!!!
Ordered and was told it would be done in 10 minutes. It's been well over 10 minutes and we are still waiting. There are no customers in sight so I can't help but wonder why it is not even close to being done.
This one need to close down they never have what u want customer service is extremely terrible. I was told chicken will be up in 12 minutes. It actually took 40 and the chicken was still undercooked then the young lady was very rude. When I ask for my money back I’ll travel a little bit longer for better customer service they suck.
I waited at the drive-thru for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence or giving me any instructions. Eventually, I became a bit impatient (my own fault) and decided to drive to the window. When I got there, the employee, wearing a mask, informed me that I needed to place my order at the drive-thru and could not order at the window. It seemed like she was unable to walk over to the screen and quickly enter my order for a famous bowl, so I ended up leaving. I can understand why KFC is offering to send their workers to college—perhaps some extra training wouldn't hurt?
