I went at 2pm on a Tuesday s... read more I must say this was the cleanest drive thru I've ever look into. The floor was clean, there wasn't a lot of clutter on the counter. I went at 2pm on a Tuesday so maybe that's why but it was my first time visiting this location and I was shocked that it was so clean. And the young lady helping me was very professional.

It actually took 40 and the chicken was still undercooked then the young lady was very rude. When I ask for my money back I’ll travel a little bit longer for better customer service they suck.

Eventually, I became a bit impatient (... read more I waited at the drive-thru for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence or giving me any instructions. Eventually, I became a bit impatient (my own fault) and decided to drive to the window. When I got there, the employee, wearing a mask, informed me that I needed to place my order at the drive-thru and could not order at the window. It seemed like she was unable to walk over to the screen and quickly enter my order for a famous bowl, so I ended up leaving. I can understand why KFC is offering to send their workers to college—perhaps some extra training wouldn't hurt?
