Nothing like telling staff one moment while you decide what your going to eat....only for staff to forget their microphone is on you here them complaining that cars pulled up they were wanting to take a cigarette break.The conversation went on for minutes got mad that my husband still placed an order after staff complained about havingcustomers. I asked people at window if managers everyone in drive thru heard them complaining. They just looked shocked saidsorry. Just a sick situation when people are looking for dinner in light of flooding closures. Will never go back to thislocation in Hazard, KY

Only had literally 3 to 4 litt... read more Very long lines, long wait times, and food wasn't great. I ordered spicy potatoe soft tacos, and they were all sauce and lettuce. Only had literally 3 to 4 little potatoes in each taco. Also I've ordered beef chalupas here several times andeverytime they put chicken on them instead.

However, when... read more I ordered the chicken chipotle avocado ranch grilled, specifying no lettuce or tomatoes due to my allergy to tomatoes and my dislike for lettuce. However, when I got home, my meal was filled with lettuce and tomatoes, and there were only about three pieces of chicken. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
