After waiting some more, I managed to ask her about my order. She checked and informed me that the soup was the reason for the delay. Finally, when I received my food, it was not prepared as I had ordered, and everything else was cold, indicating it had been sitting for a while. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and this isn't the first time I've had issues with curbside service.

What Neo Maka doesn't like about Applebee's:
We waited for an hour, and unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning. The only positive aspect was our friendly waitress. When our food arrived, they warned us that the plates were hot, but the food itself was only warm, closer to room temperature. I felt extremely ill afterwards—no need to go into details, but it was quite severe. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5. View all feedback.

I was excited to try this restaurant since I've always wanted to experience their food, especially since we don't have one in Harlan. However, I found it very difficult to get service, and it took a long time to be attended to.
The staff was extremely friendly, but the last time I dined there, the food was disappointing.
Sunday evening they were busy..waitress was really nice and she knew her job..have say that it seem that she had more tables than she should have put...
