I had the bark bouruignon and it was delicious. the decoration is also very beautiful. 20/9/21 the raw breakfast was a good value for money and delicious. 28/11/21 the fillet mignon was cooked professionally, best steak I had in one. View all feedback.
What Lexi Johnson doesn't like about Cafe Rouge:
Nobody makes steak better. If I want a steak, I'm just going to the cafe rouge, nobody makes it better, not even a steak house. it's either their cooking equipment or the seasoning, I'm not sure. the others also cause great, appetizers, main courses and desserts. the service was always excellent and there is always a voucher that you can use either online or tesco clubcard vouchers. Rouge Brasserie has left Haywards Heath. Banana Tree pan Asian restaurant will replace it.

Although staff were friendly enough, I think the staff member that served us may have been new, and wasn't quite sure about a few things. We had afternoon tea, which was...average as afternoon tea's go, a little disappointed. It was great tasting, just not the variety that I thought we might get.
