Horrible. Ordered to-go rice noodle soup with wonton & beef ball as well as egg noodle soup with wonton & quail eggs. Received egg noodle soup with wonton
Pho here is one of the best in the Hayward/San Leandro area. But, I mostly come here for their $24 for 2 people, pan seared fish spring rolls.
