Mcdonald's - Hayward

Went through the drive-thru with a mobile order. Was quite surprised that for a Saturday night it was not too busy. Until I got home and tried the food. The oil was old that was used to fry the fries and nuggets. I worked for McDonald's when I was youngerI know what old oil tastes like. They were hot, stale, and flavorless. I also had 6 bbq sauces that were supposed to come withmy order we got 1. I don't usually go to this one and now I remember why

This McDonald's location consistently gets orders wrong and is the slowest I've ever experienced. Non-English speaking staff should not be taking orders if they are unable to read.

They are usually very good at managing two order points, like confirming if you are the right customer when picking up. However, lately, when I have been ordering online, a younger drive-thru crew has given me cold fries and Hi-C instead of what I ordered. But, I still received my food and overall I am satisfied.

The staff at this McDonald's location were phenomenal. Despite the long lines and short staffing, they were incredibly sweet, efficient, and accommodating to everyone, including travelers, visitors, and homeless patrons. I had always visited this location before, but I didn't realize just how wonderful the staff was until this morning. I highly recommend stopping by to experience their excellent service.

Placed my order, said no onions, had onions burger, short an order of medium fries, gave us Hi-C vs iced tea for drink. Very rude customer service, waited over 10min to get the correct burger.
