The food quality is nothing... read more I cannot believe the kind of experience I had at Ike’s Sandwiches when we tried to get quick dinner sandwiches at the Hayward store. The food quality is nothing like any of the other Ike’s stores I’ve been to. We ordered The Sometimes I’m a Vegetarian and The Gladiator Sandwiches. The pesto sauce in both the sauces just tasted stale. What’s worse is that the Gladiator came with eggplant- which was raw through and through, and the breading was barely cooked and tasted only of oil. It was practically unpalatable. I would never never recommend this store to anyone who cares about their health.

Sometimes I choose to eat vegetarian, but this was by far the worst DoorDash order I've experienced. It tasted like cardboard and felt like an absolute ripoff.
