Really nice atmosphere. There are so many cool decorations, pictures and pieces on the wall that remind you of the history of Northern California and where Hayward began. The food here is so good. The best tasting steak I've had for a long time. You can say that they only use good meat cuts and it was perfectly cooked what I ordered. This restaurant is a great place to bring the whole family. They had love to go music and purple just enjoy a great time there eating and talking to each other. The service is great, the waitress was super friendly and was prompt when serving our drinks and foods. You have delicious bread and salad while you wait until your meat is cooked. I really enjoyed my evening here.

Dated furniture and decor, however friendly service, a table is always available and prices are good. My dad is 82 and has gone here to eat since it opened and he just loves it! He goes there regularly. Oh, they serve wine and beer here too. Not sure about mixed drinks....

You can a... read more I am a regular at the ranch. There is nowhere in the area where you can get more delicious and tender liver and onions. I recommend you order it rare. You can always cook it more, but you don't want it to be even a little bit dry. Last Saturday theydid an outstanding job on liver and onions for both me and my guest.
