Mcdonald's - Haysville

No sense of urgency, they don’t care about your order. Idk who’s running this place but something gotta

DO NOT EAT HERE! We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, 20 minutes of that was at the window. Finally after 15 minutes at the window the young lady comes to the window to tell us that they have ran completely out of fries and wanted to know if we wanted a different side. I asked what other sides they had and she looked at me blankly. I told them if you can't complete our order we will need some money back. She handed our burgers out of the window and it was 1 big mac short. We waited a few minutes for the manager to get us the money for the fries that we were not getting and as the young lady handed us the money I informed her that we were 1 big mac short. She looked at me as it was a joke and said wait you had 2 mcdoubles right? I replied yes 2 mcdoubles plain and 2 big macs no lettuce. A few minutes later she brought the missing big mac (which wasn't as I ordered it) handed it to me and informed me that it was made fresh just for me. It infact was not fresh nor was any of the other items that we waited 30 minutes for. Not 1 time did anyone (including the manager) apologize for our wait or for the incomplete order. This is the worst service I have ever had at this particular McDonald's and that is saying something since I have been handed a big mac that had no meat on it at all and several times gotten a diet coke instead of the coke that I ordered.

The owner doesn't seem to care about the business because they always have stuff broken or not working and the manager sucks at running a business because the night crew is always short staffed and people are always waiting at the drive-thru to make their order because they do 2 to 3 maybe 4 people at a time then when those are done then they take more orders. Either the company needs to sell it to someone who actually cares or they need a new manager who knows how to do scheduling

Who ever worked here on 12/18 was extremely rude to us and could not even get a the coorect order as a matter of fact she had asked us 3 times what our order was and still got it wrong, also our fries tasted like they were microwaved and the soda was very stale tasting as if the syrup wasn't changed and was very water with carbonation esq., I really 110% pray that this McDonalds either 1. can get their **** together or 2. lite just falls apart. I used to love this place however now its just gone to **** lite the worst McDonalds in the Wichita area awful customer service and food quality
