If you are going to run a restaurant in the United States, it is important to learn English. When I entered your establishment and encountered a cashier with a rude attitude because I did not understand their broken English, it was unacceptable. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, but he laughed at me. I will not be returning as a customer. View all feedback.
Tried this twice. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Ordered my food at 6:02 and I was still waiting on it an hour later in store.
We had a mess up with our order and when I went back up there the woman that was working was extremely rude.
We decided to have Chinese tonight for Father's Day... We should have went to the old China Cafe in Haysville instead of the Great Wall. The chicken lo mein was Extremely Salty. The beef with mushrooms was disgusting because the beef was just Fat. The crab rangoon was ok but I couldn't taste any crab. And the fried donuts were flat and grease filled sugar coated nastiness!!! Don't waste your hard earned money!!!
The egg drop soup was great and the sweet n sour chicken was good.
