Sonic Drive-in - Hays

Didn't even get anything we ordered and for the price we should have gotten the right food.

The carhop was Angela and she was all smiles polite and told me please comeback and thank me afterwards, she could be a trainer or even maybe consider for manager or shift leader, thanks for having people like that working for you and us customers.

I am going to start stopping going here. Bcuz every time me and my son and I go here for happy hour. We always order the same thing (2) RT 44 slushes. It is always a different price.

Son-ick..Received a completely wrong order--from the burger, to the side, to the drink; burger was overly greasy (was leaking in the bag and had a foul taste); tots were very lightly cooked (not crispy at all); got charged twice; called the number at the bottom of the receipt and didn't get anywhere; called the store directly and talked to the manager who offered to remake--but I was already on the road, so they offered coupons.First time I've had a problem in quite a while--but don't frequent this place either. Please work on getting the right order to customers and checking the system. Carhop said the payment had not gone through so he ran my card back inside. I have a banking app which showed two charges and was showed to the carhop. Check your work please. Had things to do so I left with the items given. Will stop by later today to try and sort things out better and update, but this review will remain. There's no good reason for the issues experienced today.

Best Sonic ever in Hays. Of all the Sonic Drive-Ins I've ever been too this one is the best ever. The food was hot and tasty big time, along with quick service like minutes after ordering believe it. Busiest Sonic I've ever been too as well. People pull out another car comes in, and it was totally packed. They have a playground, and I think it was a volleyball court. Sorry if I got it wrong. Whoever is running this place should go around to all of them and train these other stores as it beats them all. Big Shout Out to the owner and staff!
