Service was excellent, food was great. But I do believe I had the most expensive cup of coffee ever! Nobody came by to refill, no carafe left at the table. For $2.25 a cup there better be be more than A CUP! They did take it off of our bill, and after myself and 3 other tables asked for refills they sent someone around, and that smarted off that she was told to bring coffee around because people wanted some. I've been going to this place for over a year and her food is always very good. If anything's wrong with it, they'll fix it. I really appreciate all the new stuff they're trying to roll out for the customer base. Update: I'm still going here a week and even today, if my order is not correct, repair it immediately. They take care of their food.
A great part of the Hays/FHSU culture and hangout for locals and students. It's a super sports bar with great food and cold beverages. College students always seem to want to take their parents to the Q. Highly recommend. AAA+
I visited here many many times. The fact that you can order your food as customized as you want and they will make sure it is done is definitely refreshing to see in this specific bar and grill setting. Every time I've been in there the staff are working diligently even in insurmountable odds.
The Coldest Beer! And the best burger and onion rings I've had in a long time!
Price per portion ratio! Burnt grill chunks on burgers! Just not what it used to be! Better kitchen management might help!
