I got to know the staff and owners well, and I was fortunate to enjoy breakfast and lunch there every weekend. The food and service felt truly reflective of a family-run business. I highly recommend trying the peanut butter pancakes or an omelette. Almost everything is homemade and fresh, offering a breakfast experience that you won't find anywhere else in Hays.
