I am here on the way to sw kansas and was very satisfied. they had more vegan options than listed on their main menu. they also have a season menu that this sandwich with tofu, beet hummus, sprudel and avocado offered. they all have a mushroom burger, pita and hummus appetizer, bon salat and a few other options. the vibe was great, I recommend checking.

Drive over kansas I was hopeful that we could find somewhere with enough vegan food to call it dinner. we saw a sign for this place of interstate and in happy that we went. white bean side dish was delicious as the huge basket of garlic green bean (on the special menu). we also have red kartoffels and mixed vegetables (small part, nothing special). flavors were good and the place is beautiful with large quantities. the city is very interesting to walk around after dinner and observe the sunset over the pathway.

We frequent this brewery as the beer is amazing. in the rule we get the veggie burger (hold the cheese) or an salat and some pages. the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly and will answer all those who have them about the ingredients in the food!

Super friendly waiting staff, like to help navigate the menu. veggie burger is wonderful. they have a Mediterranean plate that is vegan when they exclude the cheese and pita brot (the additional grilled asparagus added as compensation. win it area is huge and beautiful with tons of windows. great!

Driving across Kansas, it is always a challenge to find good vegetarian food. Gella’s has multiple options. I had the falafel pita and a side salad with lemon vinaigrette. I also ordered the white beans with tomato and basil for lunch on the road tomorrow. Other items of interest were the black beans and rice from the sides menu. Very grateful for tasty and healthy food in the road!
