Burger King - Hays

The owner of this restaurant, owns the one in Colby, Kansas as well! Some of the employees in Colby's restaurant had been working there for over 18 years or more! He made the employees work Christmas day and the next day he fired every one of them and closed the restaurant permanently without offering any incentive pay! He is a ruthless Pizza Chip! The Some Beach has no sympathy for dedicated workers! Who knows! You may be next!

Sticky floors the last two times I went inside. Employees were arguing with each other one said “this is why I don’t like to work with you!”. Food was slightly cold.

I had not been to a Burger King for several years and I was glad I picked this one for a return visit. I ordered inside for take-out. The customer service was unusually friendly and cheerful. A young woman named Jordan seemed to be running the place. She was professional and very knowledgeable. She was also friendly and uplifting. The food was very good but I am still adjusting to the high price of fast food these days. I do eat a lot so that doesn't help.

This place is just nasty. Employees don’t wash hands. Bathrooms smell of urine. The place is filthy and the people who work there usually appear to be sick. I would stay away from this place.

Burger King was always my go to for food after leaving the bar on a night out in hays…then I had it sober a few times, and let me tell ya it’s nowhere near the same. Last night I decided to give it another go because unfortunately McDonalds had closed early. The wait time wasn’t long at all and the drive through guy was pretty friendly, but as soon as the bag hit the inside of my car, I could smell a very bad decision. Let’s just say, due to the amount of what appeared to be mayo and grease dripping from the wrapper, I drove home hungry.
