I placed a simple order, but it took an incredibly long time to even get someone on the line at the drive-thru. We were the only customers, both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. They didn't have any large drinks available, and we found out that they didn't accept cards only after we paid. I could barely hear the staff member. I ordered a Pepsi but ended up with a Diet Pepsi instead. After waiting about 10 minutes just to place our order, we ended up waiting 30 minutes after that for our food. It felt like a waste of time since we had already paid, and no one came to the window to check on us. We spent 40 minutes during our drive with nothing to show for it, and even our order was incorrect. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible! We walked in and headed straight for the restroom. It was a mess—there was toilet paper and trash all over the floor, and it was really dirty. The customer service was exceedingly rude. If I could give this a zero-star rating, I would. After my family and I began placing our orders, we ultimately decided to leave and cancel everything. It just wasn't worth it. We informed the staff about the state of the restaurant and the bathroom, emphasizing that they needed to be cleaned. They replied that they were short-staffed and would clean when they had the chance. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant during lunch. The soda machine was out of order, and the staff at the cash register were quite unfriendly when I asked about ice cream for my friends and me. The restrooms were in very poor condition as well. Many customers, including us, waited over 20 minutes for our food. In the end, we decided to request a refund. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

Amazing food I visited once in the tub hayfish and decided to eat there. Easy connection with Wendy's very good meal. Much enjoyed by 3 men.

Floor is so greasy you can barely walk on it. You can actually see your shoe print if your wearing treaded shoes. They need to use a degreaser on their floor. It makes you wonder how sticky the floor in the kitchen is! I think a exhaust fan should be pulling that out, who knows? Had fish and it was ok! They need to srcub everything down the grease is everywhere. Floors should be squeaky clean, not sticky slick! I think I lost my appetite of ever going there again.
