Wok and Noodle Bar - Haymarket

I like this Japanese ramen shop. I was there with my friends. I ordered the karaage chicken tonscotsu wheels. the carafe bricks were really delicious and soft. also it was really great for me. there was nothing to blame. then the staff seemed friendly. in any case worth a visit and revisiting.

This is amazing ramen shop in Sydney. The ramen come in great size and has kind of ramen option for me. I had ramen and gyoza etc. Those were very tasty. I really like this ramen shop.

I had really nice black tonkotsu ramen and gyoza with my friend. The ramen soup was delicious and chashu was juicy. Also gyoza was really tasty. Those were really nice value but too nice quality. I really like this ramen shop.

Ordered the kurume ramen with hard noodles . star if the broth is purely made from pork bones. Nice thickness and well balance of the unique pork taste. Very traditional kurume ramen in Sydney. Noodle is a bit over cook but still good.

The toncottsu bread is rich and heavy and I liked it, but everything else seemed a bit off. the pork was fatter than meat and had a smooth galinic look while the egg was tasteless and looked strange. the rug is quite cheap, but perhaps that is because it is in such a terrible dish where the tables are rarely cleaned and they get plastic cutlery. I should have known that some of the reviews so many badly written star reviews of people with just a few reviews to their names (and often poor English by people with very English names).
