Excellent Thai restaurant. Very authentic, staff was friendly, food was so tasty. Great price and they got a little dessert bar outside too if you want to bring desserts home. I would love to get some mango sticky rice but I was too full. Maybe next time. Definitely I will come back again. View all feedback.
What Logan Kreiger doesn't like about Thanon Khao San:
instead of average place with average portions and taste. our problem was the pretty hard old Chinese brokkoli, which was served with the noodle dish. I also found the koey chap; crumbled suppe nudel with reisnudels and swarms very salty. I usually slam the whole suppe to the bottom of the bowl, but at this occasion the portions on salt was too much for me. pretty trendy thema and deco- felt really like a bar-eating... Both my friend and I ordered pasta and we both enjoyed. From the remembrance you have to lunches, so it was not expensive. Only the thing was the service that was sometimes a bit going on. We wanted a dessert and asked what they offered, and one of the staff has told us that they have no desserts we can not order. In the next minute we see the table next to us a nice dessert dish ... If there was a certain way to order this, you can at least let us know, as we did not see any on the menu and did not have any idea. ????
I wish i had more stomachs to properly enjoy this place.
I've always loved Thai food as well as every other kind of food I lived in Cammeray for a few years and I lived on Thai food from the old Sukho Thai.
Be warned: the staffs here are incredibly rude. I will never eat here again. Once is enough.
I have seen my Sydney gourmet Instagram to this place, honestly, I came here because I was interested in the snack stand in front of this Resto. But because I arrived here too early here, so that these Thai snacks were not finished yet. So I help my lunch. I became Chicken Pad Thai ($ 11.50 - lunch price) and fish cake ($ 8). Chiken Pad Thai was pretty good, it was so authentic if you ever eat in the countryside Thai in his country you get what I mean. For something resto in Wollongong is not authentic anyway, they have already changed the recipe in the local taste, so that it is very disappointed. You can request additional spicy and literally spicy, but I like it, that's asian food so. Next time, I'm curious about the Thai snackstall.
