Kanzi Cafe - Haymarket

Pretty much dessert was the main reason coming here with the group and the location was convenient as we came from Market City. The layout of the venue was decent but lighting needs to be changed. The service and staff was surprisingly quick but remained unfriendly. We ordered 2 bingsoo desserts and they looked good, but the flavours were disappointing and bland. Coffee on the other hand was decent. (￣▽￣)ノ

Kanzi also has a clothing store next to the cafe... Twice I visited the clothing section at the Kanzi store near Chinatown, Sydney and was deliberately ignored by staff... It made me feel if I was of Asian appearance, I would've been offered for help... It was a very unpleasant experience

This cafe is located below ground (?) so you have to walk down a few steps to reach it and it is also next to a small clothes shop. I've been here a few times for the melon bingsoo which is really awesome. I think this is actually just a nice place to chill with friends over drinks and cake.

These day on a hot summer bingsu is a great choice if you want sonething more unique than ice cream and frappuccino and i would recommend to try all the bingsu dishes in kanzi. bingsu was great and tasty , not too sweet so you'll not get sick of it. will comeback again to try some more.

Clothes looked lovely from outside but very bad service from the attendants. I would’ve loved to have shopped more and even checked out the cafe, but I was so put off by the behaviour from the attendants that my companion and I left after just a short while. The women were impatient, rude and made disparaging comments whilst we browsed and tried on just two items before leaving due to their attitude. Very disappointed and likely won’t be returning due to this awful experience.
